Zapier's latest SOC 2 Type II report and SOC 3 report — covering June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026 — are now available. Together, they confirm our security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy controls were suitably designed and operating effectively throughout the period. The SOC 3 report is available for general distribution; the SOC 2 report can be requested by existing and prospective customers under NDA.

On June 10, 2026, Zapier posted an update to its list of subprocessors, which will be effective on June 24, 2026. Changes included:

• Grafana Labs (Raintank, Inc.) was added as a subprocessor to support observability, monitoring, and application reliability.

• Bright Data was removed as a subprocessor.

On May 26, 2026, Zapier posted an update to its list of subprocessors, which will be effective on June 9, 2026:

• Fireworks AI was added as a subprocessor; it will be an artificial intelligence provider.

On April 8, 2026, Zapier posted an updated version of our Terms of Service (TOS). This updated version will take effect on April 9, 2026.

• Knock was added as a subprocessor to support customer and end-user communications.

On October 15, 2025, Zapier posted an update to its list of subprocessors, which will be effective on October 29, 2025. Changes included:

• Vercel, a cloud service provider, was added as a subprocessor to support the operation of Zapier services.

• CloudAMQP was removed as a subprocessor.

On September 8, 2025, Zapier posted an update to its list of subprocessors, which will be effective as of September 22, 2025:

• Gong, a call recording and transcribing platform, was added as a subprocessor to be used by Zapier's sales and support teams in the context of providing services and technical support.

• Zoom, a video conferencing and communications platform, was added as a subprocessor to be used by Zapier's sales and support teams in the context of providing services and technical support.

On August 1, 2025, Zapier posted an update to its list of subprocessors, which will be effective August 15, 2025:

• Infinity Support Group was removed as a subprocessor.

• Madkudu was added as a service-specific subprocessor for the Lead Score by Zapier service. It will provide information gathering capabilities about leads submitted by customer queries. Zapier has evaluated Madkudu's security, and Madkudu is contractually limited to using data to deliver this functionality.

• Zapier India Private Limited was added as an affiliate subprocessor. It will provide Zapier services and support.

On May 23, 2025, Zapier updated its list of subprocessors:

• Algolia was added as a subprocessor. It will provide search functionality for Zapier content, including templates, blog posts, and apps.

• Zapier has evaluated Algolia's security, and Algolia is contractually limited to using data to deliver this functionality.

On November 20, 2024, Zapier will be making the following updates to its list of subprocessors:

1. Under the Other Subprocessors section, Ada is being added:

• Under the Service-Specific Subprocessors section, Firecrawl is now being used by both the Chatbots and Central Zapier services.

Zapier is pleased to announce that we have successfully completed our 2024 SOC2 Type II audit, which covers the period from May 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024. The SOC3 report is now available for download on the trust center, and the SOC2 Type II audit report can be accessed upon completion of the NDA workflow.
